    Description

Presented is a wonderful quality silver plated serving spoon made by E. H. H. Smith Silver Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut. The large serving spoon is beautifully done in an elaborate pattern of cherubs, flowers, scrolls, and leaves on the front and vines of flowers and leaves on the reverse. This is certainly one of the fanciest and niceness silver plate patterns I have ever seen. The spoon has never been monogrammed or engraved. The spoon was made in the first quarter of the 1900s.
The spoon is hallmarked on the reverse with the maker’s mark for E. H. H. Smith. Unfortunately we do not know the name of the pattern.
The condition is excellent. The silver plating is not worn through. The bowl has some surface wear commensurate with age and light use, but this is minor. There are no dents, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
The spoon is 9 inches long.
